Beijing Guipai Tourism & Culture Consulting Group and Shenzhen Greepark Theme Design Institution are the coupled twin brands. The two companies, located respectively in the north and the south China and taking responsibilities in different stages of a project, have provided consulting services for the whole industrial chain of cultural tourism development in China.

Beijing Guipai Group emphasizes particularly on providing consulting service for the early and mid-stage planning of a project. It provides mainly four major services including the tourism planning, full planning of tourism estate development, consultation for tourism investment and financing and operation management, and consultation for new urbanization strategy implementation.

Shenzhen Greepark Institution concentrates particularly on providing service of implementation and operations of the cultural and tourist projects. It delivers three major services consisting of the theme design of cultural tourist parks, characteristic landscape and tourist building design, and the implementation of projects featuring the combination of art, science and technology.

Over the last ten years, by adhering to the service principle of winning by innovation and taking implementation as base, we successfully provided services of high quality for over three hundreds of governments and enterprises successively, and achieved many honors.

For the clients from governments, we proposed the concept of sorting out and building the middle axis of Chinese national essence for the Beijing Municipal Government, which contributed to the full presentation of Chinas capitals cultural and tourist charm in the Beijing Olympic Games.

In Xian, after walking through the several planning stages from "Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang dynasties, for your collection", "promoting Qin and Tang dynasties" to "Royal City of Tang Dynasty", our planning finally was out of chaos to clarity. Through precise positioning, we helped Xian turn into the most glorious international tourist city after Beijing.

Meanwhile, with our help, Tianjin Municipal Government established the significant strategy of reshaping the Tianjin city as the economic center in the North China by taking the opportunity of developing the Binhai New Area.

Over the past ten years, we also provided the pivotal consulting services for the best three tourist cities in China. We planned the city ID card of "Modern Garden City of the World" and "fast forward city, slow paced life" for Chengdu.

After ingeniously planning, we proposed the suggestion for Hangzhou Government of transforming over 20 kinds of social resources which were seemingly ordinary into original and unique tourist products, which contributed to the universal recognition of Hangzhou as the Oriental Capital of Leisure and City of Quality Life .

In the process of the Dalian City turning into Great Dalian, we endowed fashionable and romantic features into this old industrial port city, which made the tourism the brightest star in the Great Dalians night sky.

For clients from enterprises, such as COFCO, we innovatively put forward the suggestion to build an Expo Park without space limitation and industrial boundaries in its project of building the worlds agricultural exchange. In COFCOs another project of building Tianjin agricultural landscape avenue, we first proposed the concept of rebuilding the countryside in the metropolis, and then planned and designed the first agriculture-centered cultural tourist block in Chinese metropolises.

Besides, we schemed for the Hope Group a series of plans named Flower Dance World which became the classical model of integrating innovative agriculture and cultural tourism.

When we provided consulting services for the projects of Wuxi Lingshan and Sanya South Mountain, we challenged the common customs boldly and went back to the essence of Buddhism, which enabled the religious and cultural tourist destinations to regain the tremendous psychological shock.

In the project of Chongqing Gujian Mountain, we introduced an original concept of preserving peoples health in mountains and a new idea of religion, and consequently the land value of the Gujian Mountain increased over ten times in five years.

In addition, on the tide of the new urbanization in China, we integrated over 10 authoritative institutions and initiated to establish the Culture & Tourism Urbanization Institute. We lucubrated and explored the new urbanization in China. For instance, we organized the returning to the hometown for the citizens, and building the Guipai Home-Returning Towns after the objective study of the Besieged City Effect. And through promoting the urbanization of human by initiatively adopting the counter-urbanization idea, we assisted numerous famous enterprises in finding their position and opportunities on the tide of the new urbanization.

On the premise of believing that originality makes victory, we have a clear awareness that all the efforts we have made are aimed at the successful operation.

In the past ten years, we provided full innovative design and on-site service within a team to assist Overseas Chinese Town Group in finishing the classical project of building the Happy Valleys in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan and Tianjin. We provided full plan and design service and supervised the implementation of the project in the core area of Changzhou Dinosaur Park —Cooksok area, which laid the foundation for its core development concept—"dinosaur being the host, human the guest." We turned the Changzhou Dinosaur Park which focused on people into Chinese Dinosaur City which focused on dinosaurs, and helped it be among the top theme parks in the world.

Furthermore, we also originally put forward a unique mode of childrens indoor fairground. From the theme design, model selection and assembling of all appliances such as buildings, sceneries and packaging, to the implementation and the operation management of the project, this mode has been realized in the Suzhou Sudi Candy Land and is working out in its upgraded version - Xuzhou Sudi Candy Land. Considerable economic and social benefits thus are achieved for the two Sudi Candy Lands. The two projects can be regarded as a classical model of full one-stop service in Chinas cultural tourist world.

Over the past decade, we deeply recognized that one of the bottlenecks in restricting the development of cultural tourism in China is the low quality and low effect of the combination between capital and resources. Therefore, we especially established the Guipai Culture & Tourism Investment Club and consecutively co-sponsored the China International Cultural & Tourist Investment Fair, with the focus on the symmetrical matching and high-quality combination of capital and resources.

The Guipai Culture & Tourism Investment Club now has 120 members who are excellent investment enterprises at home and abroad. It also holds salons about cultural tourism investment and financing each month. The club has successfully made tens of combinations of capital and resources and has become the new platform with high quality and efficiency in Chinas cultural tourism investment and financing world.

In the era that detail is the key of success, tourism operation management is of great significance.

In the field of tourism marketing, by integrating traditional media like television, newspaper and website, we creatively used mobile new media, such as micro blog, micro letter and APPs of mobile phone, and realized the marketing propagating effect tactfully. The APP of Heads of Tourism Administration we created had attracted thousands of tourist elite.

In order to share the experience we accumulated in the past ten years, we have established the Guipai Institute positioned to be the civil incubator of superior tourism talents in China. We integrate the best teachers from the three fields of politics, business and education domestic and overseas, and customize the personalized programs for governments of all levels and tourism enterprises, react dynamically to the training process, give adjustment accordingly and achieved good performance evaluation .

Half of the people who have embarked on a one hundred mile journey may fall by the way side. It seems like the start of our cause although we had worked for ten years. No matter sorrow or happiness, we still persist in our initial dream.

After the establishment of the south-north pattern between Beijing and Shenzhen, we have set up the Shanghai Culture & Tourism Investment Management Organization and Tourism Management Consultative Company in Chengdu, which generate the resonation between the east and the west.
